Here at Nova Orthotics, we are committed to delivering excellent service and your feedback is an important part of this process. We would like to know about what is working well, and how our services can be improved.

AOPA Consumer Experience Program

We are participating in an ongoing survey as part of the Australian Orthotic Prosthetic Association (AOPA) consumer experience program. The data collected from the survey allows Nova Orthotics to track the quality of our services and target areas of our service that are in need of improvement. The program also allows Nova Orthotics to compare the quality of our services against a national benchmark.

Invitations to complete the survey will be sent out by email shortly after your fitting appointment. Participation is voluntary and feedback is received anonymously.

If you have any concerns with our services, including the Supports being provided to you, please contact us to discuss these concerns and we will attempt to resolve them.
